Q: Do you direct bill insurance companies?
A: No, we do not offer direct billing services. Clients are expected to make payment in full at the time of their appointment. Afterward, they can submit a claim to their insurance provider for reimbursement in accordance with their benefits plan. We provide detailed receipts and invoices to assist with the claims process.
Q: What insurance companies do you work with?
A: A wide variety of insurance companies will accept claims including: Manulife Financial, Sun Life Financial, Great-West Life, Desjardins, and Blue Cross. You can consult with your benefits provider prior to our session to ensure the time is covered.
